Pizzeria Luba, named after Corey's great grandmother, is a celebration of sourdough pizza and locally sourced ingredients, inspired by the communal spirit of sharing a meal with friends and family.
After building a wood-fired oven in his back yard in 2012 to bake sourdough bread, Corey a career chef, along with his wife Carmen started hosting dinner parties where pizzas made with sourdough crust became the focus. This idea grew into what is now Pizzeria Luba, a tribute to locally sourced ingredients and naturally leavened dough.
